About Grievance redressal Portal

One-stop platform for citizens of Maharashtra to seek redressal of their grievances.

The grievances can be filed under appropriate category. Once the grievance has been submitted, a token number will be generated. Citizens can track the status of the grievance with the help of the token number. The grievance will be addressed by the competent authority within a period of 21 working days.

Citizens can provide their feedback on the quality of resolution of a grievance through "Satisfied" / "Dissatisfied" option. If they are Dissatisfied with the grievance resolution, same can be escalated to the higher authority.
